Jim’s deep understanding of healthcare operations, breadth of technical experience, and strong interpersonal skills enable him to demonstrate equal comfort assessing technical details, managing a diverse project team or facilitating decisions among a group of executive and clinical sponsors. With a background in application design and data warehousing, Jim has also assisted healthcare clients in reaping the benefits from operational systems by creating innovative solutions to convert transaction-based clinical and financial data into strategic information to support management decision-making.
Kathy Krypel
Director
Kathy’s unique understanding of healthcare operations, clinician’s needs and electronic medical records complement strong interpersonal and communication skills. Kathy is at ease managing a diverse project team, facilitating an RFP process or coaxing decisions from a group of clinicians or C-suite leaders.
With more than 20 years of experience as both a healthcare clinician and project manager, Kathy has been a trusted strategic advisor to health systems large and small. She has assisted clients in developing digital strategies, designing clinical workflows for behavioral health, implementing EMRs and creating innovative answers to difficult health care IT problems.
